See the thing about plants is, they need watered.

For the second time since they were introduced just last year (to what remains of historic Whiteinch Cross, these tubs have been left unwatered & unattended,with the inevitable results. Why?

Tubs in the town get watered. There's a depot IN Vic Pk. It would take 1/2 hr to water these (after a 3rd re-planting) say once a month during summer.

Rainwater is NOT sufficient for anything in tubs, especially in a tree sheltered area like the Cross.
