40MPH sign totally trashed

Might be an idea to (finally) replace this sign at a sensitive pedestrian crossing location.

It is now in danger of toppling (won't take much) injuring a pedestrian or onto the A814 on-ramp and causing a crash.

The guts are hanging out, the cables broken, the light has gone and the pole damaged beyond repair. Is that enough 'evidence' to warrant NRS replacement in 2025?

BTW. How come this has never been caught by paid council officers in any of their alleged monthly A814 safety checks?
