Private and company Vechicle parked on corner of cul de sac.

Sent to Cannock Chase District Council 3 minutes later
Inconsiderate parking by residents and families. Emergency Service vehicles would be unable to access properties at the end of the close. Informed that refuse vechicle could not acess the close due to two vehicles being parked on the corners of each side.
When attempting to turn into cul de sac the views are obstructed and potential of RTI.
Cars parked on the pavement mean that pedestrian and people with pushchairs are unable to use the pavements safely. Any disabled person would be unable to use pavement.
This has been a problem for over 12 months but recently last 2 months increasing difficulties as company and private vehicles are increasing being parked on pavements and corners

The information feedback was in my opinion a waste of time. To be told that it was my job to inform the police of possible hazards of the parking seem a cop out on your behalf. If and when an accident or claim against you occurs I think it will be interesting to disclose your advice to me to three injuried parties
