Grass needs cutting

The entrance to Jubilee park on Southborough lane opposite Oxhawth crescent , the path leading to the entrance had been cleared but it is almost impossible to get in the park further down without getting scratched by the overgrown bushes.The grass is overgrown as well and has covered the pathway. Residents of Southborough lane and their children do use that entrance a lot. Very dangerous for pushchairs users. Can you please make it safe. Thank you
