Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7778112.

Hazard for both pedestrians and cyclists. There have been several near-misses that I have observed.

First reported in February to Lambeth, Roads and Highways. In June I was referred to TfL who referred it back to Lambeth via you... Unfortunately I don't have any photos (I don't have a mobile phone).
