Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7776793.

Dangerous surrounding concrete wall due to a large tree in the garden - looks like the tree is pushing the fence outwards and now the concrete slabs are unstable and will seriously hurt somebody if they fall - the garden surrounds end house at Redruth close on the pathway to penare/Goran haven
