Large wagon parking on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 16:22, Fri 27 June 2025

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7775416.

This vehicle regularly parks here - blocking sightlines and a dropped kerb making it dangerous to see to cross the road. The vehicle is also parked further up Middleton Road - again on the pavement.

Updates

  • Still parking on pavement - how can people see to safely cross the road?

  • Still parking further up the road half on the pavement, half on the road. It shouldn't be allowed that people can bring large vans/wagons home if there isn't enough space to park them safely.

  • Still parking on pavement - clearly parking on double yellow lines. Blocking a dropped kerb and sightlines to cross the road. Shouldn't be allowed to bring large vehicles 'home' unless they can park them safely.
