Hedgrow blocking public right of way

The hedgerow from chowns cl along to john Hamden school is totally overgrown and causing a servre obstruction the footpath causing mother with children serious issues accessing the footpath / public rights of way. IT NEEDS CUTTING BACK. Please note this is except from uk government regulations regarding hedgerow cutting. Please action this request before a child get injured as a result of sharp thorns and brambles hitting the in the face.

  • The hedge is growing in the warm damp weather. These photos down do the overgrowth justice. The path is now less than one person wide. Please can action be taken as soon as possible. Thank you.
