Rubbish dropped during Bin collection

During the Bin Collection on 16 June, one of the collection staff dropped food bag and food was littered on the road. I asked the cleaning staff whether this would be cleaned up and he said that he does not have equipment but that there is recycling truck following soon and they will sort it out. When the recycling staff came, I explained the issue and they said they will address it but left without addressing the issue. I had to clean up the road and wash the it because it was a hot day and this would have rotted all day. Given that a significant amount is paid monthly to council, this is disappointing and falls below required service levels.
