This chipboard has collapsed into the pavement area. The open hole provides easy access to the derelict property on Ivanhoe. This is a danger as it both causes a trip hazard for accessibility users with prams, wheelchairs, canes etc. Furthermore it also provides easy access to a dangerous site.
