Abandoned Caravan with non-valid registration number

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7769339.

Caravan has been abandoned for several weeks and registration plate is not valid according to DVLA. Abandoned caravans are becoming a real problem in this area.
