Overgrown area

The area which concerns my neighbours and me is the area to the rear of 14,1618, 22Bentinck Street and to the side of my property 12 Bentinck Street. This area is now considerably overgrown with ivy which affecting my garden wall as it pulls out the mortar between the bricks, sycamore trees which have grown as weeds, and especially the very invasive giant bramble which is barbed all over including the underside of the leaves. This bramble is extremely painful when attached to skin and is difficult to remove. It is reaching over into the shared alley way and into my neighbours and my yards. It is coming up in my yard and my direct neighbour's yard at no 14 and is difficult to eradicate. an you please remove all the bramble and the ivy and ensure it does not return. Can you please remove all the sycamore saplings and ensure they do not return. Due to the unkempt state of the land, people flytip rubbish and there is a considerable build up of garden waste against my garden wall by my gates on Portland Street. Can you please remove all plytipped items and garden waste.
