The tarmac has failed on this pavement. It looks like it was laid thinly on top of sand. It's now a sand/gravel mix & my kid nearly fell off their scooter as the wheels dug into the same. It's been made as flat as possible, but needs urgently replacing with hard standing before someone gets hurt.
