Courtenay Rd
Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 11:00, Sat 27 February 2016
Sent to Poole Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 776540.
I have just counted 14 potholes up the length of Courtenay Rd. This does not include any masked by parked cars. From the appearance of many of them it looks as though the whole road needs to be re-laid as there is a thin veneer of tarmac and gravel underneath

Road still looking third world. Problem not helped by the cul de sac signs being in the wrong place and vehicles turning at the end carving up the road. Acces to my drive on two wheels again becoming uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.

I have had an acknowledgement to my first report and a second reminder, but that is all so far. However two massive holes in a different road I reported in the reminder have been fixed. Something to do with them being a hazard to motorcyclists and scared of being sued?

Ackowledgement from council but no action. The road outside my house is getting so bad that it is becoming hazardous to use my motor cycle.

Some of the holes have now been filled. Apparently, to save money, holes are filled on a "need" basis, ie depending how big/deep they are. Unfortunately the quality control is not what it shold be as, within days, one of the repairs was breaking up.
