I am writing to report a broken fence at the back of my garden, located at 41 Merthyr Road, backing onto Little Wood Close. The fence has been damaged for some time, and it now presents a significant security risk to my property and my family. There is effectively an open access point to my garden. I previously reported this issue and was informed that Philip Ralph would contact me to arrange a repair. Unfortunately, I have not yet heard from him, and the situation remains unresolved.
