Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7764466.

No.27 shuts their dog in the garden for 2hrs every night, and it barks & barks & barks. The owner is clearly aware but has not taken any steps to remedy the noise. It's been going on for some years.

People are trying to sleep, work, read, or just enjoy a peaceful summer evening in their garden.
