Dear Council

Maxwell park is terribly overgrown at the moment. The Pond is very dirty and the birds don’t seem very happy. Is there any chance of a clean up and tidying of the park. The Park is enjoyable for so many residents and we would be grateful if something could be done maintenance wise.
