Failed repair to manhole

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7763013.

Repairs surrounding manhole cover as you turn left over it into Haggerston Road has failed. Tarmac surface is coming loose & Tarmac has sunken around the frame. Also as onwards hgv traffic passed they now bounce over it.

This problem has re started again. It never seems to be fixed properly
