Kerbs damaged, steel rods protruding into road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7762646.

The kerbs have been damaged, it looks to be a vehicle has crashed into the verge. This has left steel rods exposed from the kerbs protruding into the carriageway which has subsequently damaged my vehicle.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.
