• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: Every time I visit the recycling point in the car park behind the Post Office in Chislehurst the bins for plastics and cans are full, and this was the case again yesterday, June 23rd. Can you tell me with what frequency these bins are emptied or replaced ? Perhaps you should add to the number of these bins in order to cater for the demand ? Thanks in advance for your kind attention to this matter. James Delaney • What action (if any) would you like us to take? Increase number of bins

Wed 09/07/2025 10:05 • Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below: The Chislehurst High St recycling centre has still not had the plastic/can units emptied. I reported this last week and received an email from you on Saturday to say the issue had been fixed. It has not. They are still overflowing and I am still unable to dispose of my recycling. • What action (if any) would you like us to take? Empty the bins and continue to do so on a regular basis

Paper and cardboard: collected twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays
Mixed plastics: collected weekly on Wednesdays
Glass: collected weekly on TuesdaysPlease note that service may occasionally be disrupted when access is blocked by parked cars or other obstructions.
