Pavement directly in front of our drive

Good morning, I’m sorry to feel the need to report this again but this job still hasn’t been fixed despite receiving a report that it has been. We have now had three visits, one to spray white lines & two to ‘fix’ the numerous holes in the footpath. I feel my second request has been completely ignored & only the two original holes that were outlined have been fixed! There is still a large obvious hole directly in front of our drive. Would it not be easier to have re tarmaced the whole area instead of lots of little patches that look unsightly & make the pavement unstable? Many thanks in anticipation of getting this small issue rectified
