Cul de Sac sign knocked down

Outside 1 Springfield Gardens the Cul-de-Sac sign has been knocked over disturbing the pavement. Can we ask that when it is replaced that it can either be a small cul-de-sac sign next to the street sign or at least put the big sign next to the street sign so it isn't in the blocking the pavement as it was before. Its very difficult getting into our drive with the sign where it used to be as there are always parked cars on the cul-de-sac. The pavement is dangerous at the moment.
