Line bike left 100m from designated parking area. Dumped across pavement blocking buggies or wheelchairs. Yet another example of the endemic problem of lime bikes being dumped all over the Gunnersbury Park Garden Estate. The LB Hounslow council needs to fine Lime or impound the bikes as other councils have done - Lime are failing to manage their customer behaviour which is causing harm to residents.
