Overhanging Hedges up to 10 feet high and weeds on roadway/footpath

These issues were initially reported on 25th July 2024 (enquiry 821982). Despite several subsequent requests we are still awaiting these works to be completed. A team attended the hedge last year but nobody bothered to read their remit and didn’t turn up with appropriate equipment. Since then nothing has been done and , as can be seen, the hedge and weeds are appalling and totally unacceptable.

    A year after raising the problem a team of subcontractors attended and removed 90% of the overgrown hedging. They are, hopefully, due to return next month once two nesting birds have flown.

  • Part of the job has been done but subcontractors were supposed to return to complete the job once 2 nesting birds had flown, that was 6 weeks ago and still waiting.
