Ditch needs clearing of debris to drain properly

There is a build up of tree, plant growth, stones and other rubbish in the ditch next to the road. This build up does not allow the ditch to drain water from the nearby flood plain efficiently. The ditch needs to be cleared so the run off can be drained and the water form the ditch does not overflow.
