These items were fly tipped overnight. My husband saw my neighbour at 144 Badger Avenue Crewe, CW1 3JW, standing on the pink suitcase whilst her daughter zipped it up last night between 7-8pm. The pink suitcase and box filled with rubbish, was then seen by my husband in its current location when he left for work at 6.15am this morning. I have asked 142 Badger Avenue to check his CCTV to see if there is evidence of 144 Badger Avenue removing the suitcase from the address. There have been ongoing and consistent anti social problems with 144 Badger Avenue which are regularly reported to Guiness Housing, however this is the first time that we have seen potential fly tipping.
