Morning, this fix my street system is useful, the problem is that the engineers dont speak very good #English, or say the dont. we have just had slabs replaced, BUT one of them was not fixed. They replaced 5 BUT 6 were damaged, they would not replace the 6th one as it did not have yellow paint on it common sense shows it is in need of replacement. Communication was a problem, I guess now you have to come back, BRING YELLOW PAINT Gary

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.
