Various bins now being stored in the walkway opposite bin gate

Residents have not been informed about these bins and what waste is supposed to go in them. As a result people are just using it at their disposal and putting their garden waste, other trash in it. It is also blocking the entrance to the gated bin area where the larger communal bins are stored.
