Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7751261.

Now with two added traffic cones serving no purpose.

The council must have given permission for the corner shop's change of use / refurbishment. So did that include say skip hire, and if not why not or is dumping cr*p on the pavements and streets the new GCC norm? And why does no-one ever do site checks any more?
