Gravel on road causing cars to wheel spin dangerously as they accelerate up the hill

There’s a lot of gravel on a stretch of road for about 10 metres just before the traffic lights on the side of the road by the Last Crumb pub. This is causing cars to wheel spin as they try and accelerate up the hill as traffic moves. This is dangerous as it can lead to a lack of vehicle control and increased risk of accidents at a very busy junction. Thank you
