Please see pics. Usual flytipping spot penge High street and with bag of Cooked rice spilling out of ripped bag. Includes a sticker from PCS management (!) saying too heavy to lift as over 3kg. Arrived last night as with the other bags! Please sort as this food will encourage vermin Location for ref only : very near restaurant up from houses 83 high street
