Low hanging tree branches

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7746654.

One of the trees in Trinity school has very low hanging branches over the pavement. Location is pavement opposite no. 16 Church Lane. Needs pruning back asap please?
