Grass and weeds filling where the pavement surface has been damaged, approx 24 inches across my exit onto the pavement in more that one place

Been here since I moved in a year ago but has got bigger. I don't want to remove the weeds myself in in case I am liable for someone tripping in the hole that will be left there.
