Er, just wondering how many weekly reports it takes for NRs mgt to put an effective strategy in place to stop the recurring mess around these two bins on busy Dumbarton Rd.

And while you are there:

1) Most of those bikes etc on the pedestrian safety barriers are for sale. Has the Cut Price Gift Shop cut a deal with the council on this business extension?

2) Whatever plants are in those 4 black planters at the cross are dead. It helps if someone waters them.

3) That corner with Crow Rd has vehicles parked on double yellows, near a busy pedestrian crossing, every single day. And it's been going on for years.
