Aggressive Surface abrasion

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7744280.

Just at the crossing island by the school entrance, there is a large section of surface pitting and roughness to the road surface. Witnessed other road users slow down and try to avoid it but difficult with crossing and parked cars to The left hand side.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.
