Pavement edge on Bollin Grove that joins Scott Road

Significant damage to pavement caused by cherry tree on edge of 28 Bollin Grove. Pavement is breaking up and my wife has fallen twice towards the road. There are three problems: 1. uneven pavement broken up by tree roots 2. exacerbated by slippery cherry stones from tree 3. laurel in the same vicinity blocks view of approaching traffic (both for traffic and pedestrians)

Requires root removal and leveling of pavement
