Commercial waste bins once again dumped on pavement in Romley st Walton and immediately filled with rubbish and surrounded with rubbish bags, rat encouragement

Sent to Liverpool City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 774312.
Commercial waste bins from County rd shops have been parked on the pavement in Romley St Walton since mid December and we have tried our best to have them moved. At last they were taken away two or three days ago but sadly one appeared again(Ash) yesterday and is full to bursting already with rubbish in and around it, which is encouraging rats. the rats burst the bags open then the rubbish blows around the streets. Surely these bins should be in the shops own yards or alleys? can someone please help us?

It was very very very dificult. am not sure whether it has been sorted yet though attempts have been made. My tenant is away for two weeks so cant ask her what the situation is at the moment. the crux of the matter is that the commercial waste bins from the shops in County rd should not be left in romley st which is purely residential. these bins are full to bursting straight away and then rubbish left around them also which attracts rats. rats burst the bags opne and rubbish blows down the road. rats which are a problem in Liverpool are further encouraged. I find it quite unacceptable that people should be expected to live like this in this country in this day and age. some councellors have tried to help and im hoping things are ok now but until my tenant comes back from holiday and gives me an update I just dont know
