Several large potholes that hard avoid

Starting to drive to side path now to avoid these and caused damage to an elderly relatives car

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 14 days.

Deep pothole on a road that was only 'repaired' in the summer. Deep and when filled with water invisible. Will damage a car very soon!

Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Rejected - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 20/01/2026
