• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

• Hi Thankyou for the automated reply in response to report 7976536 made by me Your response is unsatisfactory Unless you dispatch a representative NOW to outline ALL of the damaged road at this point (and you will no doubt find it's most of the adopted lane) the workmen who will eventually arrive to patch it up will only do the limited number of currently white outlined areas This is the usual pattern We have been here before.. more than once If the road is repaired adequately in the first place you will not have to keep revisiting the problem
