This drooping tree has been reported twice. First report you said it's ok. Second time informed you that it needs sorting as now we have reported it if anyone was to become hurt ( drags lower in rain) they would have record off reports. Your knew report states it's been fixed? Witch is visibly a lie. Nothing has been done so for the council to state false information has also been recorded this needs trimming back we will be keeping logs of all reports and responses including the false fixes
