Tree on public pathway needs cutting.

This tree is just outside mine and my neighbour’s gardens, just before the electricity sub-station on the pathway from Bicks Lane, Winchcombe. It needs cutting back as is blocking entry through the gate to my back garden.

    This is the tree on right side of the gate. The bricks around base of tree are collapsing due to growth of tree roots.
