Badly worn road surface

Reported this issue last summer, unfortuantely still not addressed. Issue has been present for at least 4 years now. Road surface worn down so much that the surface in places is nothing but tar. In warm months this tar melts and sticks to shoes. This is all outside my house, number 25 Ty Rhiw, so tar gets transfered into my car and my house. It is really hard to clean off shoes and car pedals as it is so sticky. I really don't want my new carpets to get damaged and stained due to accidental transfer of sticky tar deposits.

If the badly warm road was just resurfaced, even if just in 10 or 15 metre section outside my house where the road is most worn this would solve the problem.

Please can this worn road outside my house be given some much needed attention and maintenance.
