As you can see from the picture the tree does not have any leaves on its branches as you would expect in Summer, so can assume it has died.

    We have assessed the enquiry and the tree needs to be inspected by a qualified arborist. Tree inspections are carried out in accordance with the Council’s Tree Management Strategy. Should the arborist’s report identify safety related work this will be programmed. We will provide a further update after the arborist’s inspection.
