The rubbish bin adjacent to lamp post #3 at New Haw Lock car park, Byfleet Road, KT15 3JQ was not emptied this morning. The other bins in the car park were emptied as normal but this one was deliberately missed.

It is full to overflowing and needs to be emptied.

Could you please arrange for it to be emptied.
