Broken paving stone urgent possible danger

A resident wishes to report a broken curb stone outside 234 Halloway, including one with a drainage which has opened up on halloway by the cramner road and is sticking out in quite a dangerous position which could have the potiential to damage vechiles driving by or even pedestrains or cyclists especailly at night. The resident is concerned this could seriously injure or damage someone. Could this be seen to as a matter of urgnecy please.
