Obstructive double parking

There is persistent double parking perpendicular to the garages facing Walsingham Close. This presents a significant obstruction into the centre of the turning circle in this Cul-de-Sac obstructing driveways. A fire engine or ambulance would have great difficulty in getting close to properties whose drives are obstructed by this inconsiderate parking.

This issue was reported to the Police in December 2014 but a persistent offender insists on double parking whenever he visits a Tadmarton Road property backing onto Walsingham Close.

Please put large white 'KEEP CLEAR' markings on the road in front of the row of garages and the driveways that lead into the turning circle.
