Water/smell/drains

This seems to have started when the road was resurfaced and it dips down towards the lights/pavement causing ensuring water collection. It's got much worse with permanent water there now and unsure where it's coming from. You get splashed with smelly water when cars passing. This is a major school crossing. It's been reported already in May but nothing has been done!!

Updates

  • So United Utilities turned up, dug a great big hole and looked like they've fixed a broken pipe.

    Filled in the hole and mended the road ......... and the water is still collecting.

    NOT FIXED!
