Pedestrian lights not working

Lights not working, on a busy road with dangerous bend, lots of children use this crossing for st marks pretty school and surrounding schools

    I would like to know how we can move this lamppost to the left hand side of my driveway as its current position interferes with pulling on and off the driveway.
