Height restriction barrier has been removed

The ‘temporary’ height restriction barrier seems to have been removed from the Whitewater Meadows access on PaperMill Drive. This was out in place due to travellers entering and vandalising the park last year. Please ensure it is re-erected with immediate effect as there is a huge risk to our public space and our environment.
