Anti social behaviour in Cator Park

Reported via desktop in the Environmental Services category anonymously at 12:37, Wednesday 18 June 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 17 hours, 48 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7728043.

I've reported this to the police but it would help if you could add an anti social behaviour choice for park space. We have a couple of men today flying a light weight drone in the park about 400 metres from our house, but which has been circling our back garden, creating a loud noise that is highly irritating inside and out. It is out of sight of the person operating it in the park. In the park itself they are flying it at a low and high level while people and dogs are present. On and off since 2016 I have requested that you clearly sign post that you have a bylaw that no power driven aircraft for flight or control of such craft can be used in the park but you have not done so. Please stop us from being harassed by these men. An aggressive and threatening response is what one is invariably met with if challenging the individuals concerned, as today. It should not be up to residents to be expose themselves to threats, when a simple but permanent sign would probably resolve the situation, for example, at the entrance.
